State of the Union:

With President Obama prioritizing energy and climate change in the first State of the Union address of his second term, will Congress act to move legislation? In this E&ETV Special Report, members of the Senate and House of Representatives react to the president's comments on natural gas, climate change, oil and gas revenues, and energy technology research.
